If someone, such as the good Mr Andy C or Omegod etc can confirm that any Vauxhall 2.2DTi engine fuel pump will work on an Omega, I will get down my local scrappy and have a look for you. Not much chance, but a chance nonetheless, Joff
Question is how do you know they are useable, as they are high value for a used part I only sell them if I can vouch for them having been ok by either knowing the car or using it myself for a reasonable time.
Yeh, spot on, although they do just go with no previous warning i've found.

If it's just the EDC that is at fault I think it's far better to get that repaired than mess about trying to swap the whole pump off a DTi.
To Diamond Black - As per my first post,it has to be a pump off a 2.2DTi Omega, there is no crossover afaik, even the Y22DTR Vectra 2.2 version is different, trust me, been there, got the T-Shirt. I would put money on 99% of DTi's (in any Vauxhall) are in a scrapyard because of Pump or Pump EDC failure, therefore you'd be wasting your effort removing one from a scrap vehicle.
Oh and the other 1% are there because of crank pulley failure!
