It doesn't,t matter where the pensioner lives when they draw their pension that they spent a lifetime working for. As far as the winter fuel allowance is concerned looking at my free weather station it is 0C outside. Not many houses here with CH. If I reach retiring age the rules have changed to stop expats getting WFA
Funnily enough Romanians looking for work in the UK have more rights than an expat looking for work in the UK. How strange is that?
