On closer inspection the head unit isn't a NCDC2013 / NCDC2015 ...Must be a tomtom or something the colour sat-nav.

The display doesn't change at all, summat faked to look like a Sat Nav screen...

There's a few different shots that don't looks the same possibly still shot pictures with a bulb behind  :D , Must have been a tight budget film maybe trying to pass the Omega off as a newer car seen as most cars have a colour screen of some kind today  ::)

That plate brings up a white Astra Special 1.7 CDTi Hatch.
