We have a hot-line for mis-use of them & for disibility cars too, used it several times to good affect! But not for the ignorant able bodied buggers who park in our bays causing us to struggle further than necessary.................... >:(

Yes they are called traffic enforcement officers - employed NOW by councils seeing as the government took those powers away from us!!!!!
