its done on adapted exercise bikes in a group with an instructor... google it, I am sure you'll get a better answer....


....come to think of it we do a forced march every friday and my midrift is always tight afterwards... all puppy fat gone  8-)

put 10kg of weight in a backpack and yomp 10km in 2.5 hours with a couple of water stops!  It certainly gets a sweat on!  :D

i have to be careful with running, i have a crumbly knee joint after an accident a number of years ago.

I go swimming but i have a tendency to just 'take it easy' i love the water.

Because i work all over the place Gym membership doesn't work for me, currently i am in Epsom but August time that could change and i could be at home in Plymouth, that's why i like the whole swimming thing, it can be done pretty much wherever i am
