Last 3.0 I did was (as I had most of the bits) was on a MV6 Manual Estate,

Remap (Chip), Enlarged Throttle Bodies, Gas Flowed TB's and both the Intake Dividers, matched (Ported) the Intake to Heads (never took Heads off, otherwise would have done a bit more), KN Air Filter (No Oil, dont ask), messed around with wider funnelling the Cold Air Feed, Cats Back Stainless Steel Performance Exhaust System (not too loud) and 3.9 LSD Diff on a 3.7 Manual setup (Actually got fed up with that at +70mph, so fitted a 3.7 LSD in the end).

Was think about doing a full De Cat and running on LPG for MOT time but never got that far.  :-\

that's what I run on mine , but its too loud with out cats .maybe will fit some 200 cell cats

Just fit small, clam shell silencer boxes, or bomb silencers.
