You mention the eml is on, what's the code stored?

This could be as simple as a dislodged vacuum pipe!  ;)

No fueling dealt with. Had leak off pipes done, stuttering started before this too. Initial thought was fuel filter but replaced that and no different. Starts well now at least. Before the pipes it took upto 45 minutes to start it. Going to take turbo to intercooler hose off and see if there's any play in the turbo

You need to look at the obvious, apparent clues before condemning or checking any components...otherwise you will just chase your tail...

Don't know the code. Not got a scanner and not paying £40 to have it scanned. I've already condemned the car to be honest. It's been good to me for the first 2 weeks of tee year I've had it. Since then it's been money pit one thing after another

You can scam the codes for less than £10 get an eml327 bluetooth if you have andriod or windows phone or wireless if iphone and download torque to your phone  :y
