Black Mamba nitrile work gloves.
« on: 14 March 2015, 13:01:59 »

Any good?........They seem to get favourable reviews. Apparently they resist splitting, and therefore keep your paws clean. :y
Around £13.50 plus P+P for 100 gloves.

I've been using these recently and they are very durable.  :y

The only drawback that I have come across is that as they are black and it's difficult to tell which is the dirty side as I tend to 'roll' them off, thus turning them inside out.  ::)  When I put them back on I've forgotten they're inside out and ended up with dirty hands....  :D  ::)  ;D

Agreed. White Mamba would be more appropriate. :y

Do you rate them, Mr Bear?

£5.60 and no P+P is easier on the wallet. :y

When I started I wasn't used to wearing them and use to go hand ''commando'' and used the Swarfega to get the crud off. Now I've got in to the habit of wearing them as they're provided by the garage.

They do occasionally split if you catch your hand on something sharp in the engine bay but I've never used a glove that didn't (unless you buy the non-disposable ones). And cos they're so packed in you do get the occasional one that disintegrates as youpull it out lol but I think that's down to how theyre packaged.

The great thing is how long they last.... I pinched a pack for mytool box and one month later theyre only half way through (and I change them often cos I like the feeling of new latex  :-X ;D

Gloves?? spray oven cleaner to get the grease/oil off - also has the advantage of finding all the cuts and nicks in your paws :)
