You have to somehow make it associate your car with an unpleasant experience without hurting it of course!  ;)

So a water gun is a good idea, or just generally scaring the bejasus out of it every time you see it on your car.  It'll get the message eventually if you don't give up!  :y

Alternatively, catch it and wring it's neck. Job jobbed!  :D

It won't scratch a car. ::) it might mark it, but nothing that won't polish off with minimal effort.

Park the car in the shade if at all possible. They like the heat. Depending on the time of day of course.

My money is on the cat. They're utterly self-absorbed, stupid and stubborn.

It won't scratch a car.

Perhaps not through to bare metal(!), but a cat will happily slide down your bonnet, roof etc. and leave scratch/claw marks in the lacquer. Also, if you've got a PFL Omega, a cat is more than capable of leaving claw marks in the textured black plastics as it climbs/jumps up onto the car.

Pre face lift doesn't count, as, obviously, you need the superior face lift. ;)

The rest is prety much as I posted, I think you'll find. ::)

Quite. That's of no help to the Cavalier Turbo 4x4 owner with a Griffin-friendly feline, though! Textured black plastic fail!
