What to do with a leftover white cabbage

Apart from throw it in the bin.....

Turn it into soup..... ::)

Onion/carrots/tin of scotch broth soup/water/seasoning (garlic/salt/pepper/Italian seasoning/beef stock cube/tomato puree.... and of course the cabbage ....didn't buy anything...all in the cupboard/fridge  :y

Roughly blended so its chunky.....its pretty good  :y
