Lotus Omega = LHD

Carlton = Omega in Germany etc

I know the Carlton/Omega difference but thought for some reason the lotus carlton had a relatively small albeit powerfull engine as did the sierra cossie being quicker than the v6 4x4.
     My mistake. ::)

Lotus Carltons had the Twin Turbo 3.6 Straight 6

I thought the problem was trying to find one that hadn't been "tweaked" and only had the original performance - most seem to have had the 400bhp+ tweaks...

Has to be said, they still hold good money for the age - better than pretty much anything else of that era
