Ordered some parts and accessories from UCP on the 28th of last month , paid the extra for next day delivery . Im still waiting 

First they denied all knowledge of any order , then found it when i sent them the order number and payment receipt 

Reply was sorry due to unforeseen circumstances in the warehouse department your order has been despatched  Please dont let this discourage you from ordering again

You are presuming that A it will turn up, and B be what you ordered

I had exactly the same issue with Euro Car Parts, paid extra for next day, 3 days later still nothing. I cancelled the order, went local and it was over a tenner per shocker cheaper than ECP for the same make.

I hope the order is right . Its no good if you need the parts on the expected delivery date and the cars in bits  Thought they mite give me a special voucher or something for the hassle .. tight bastids
