Hello , had the oil cooler changed on my 2.6 AUTO back in 2008 - got the parts form Autovaux
no part numbers but cooler was circa £106
other parts I got quoted on but check elsewhere on this site/maintenence guide which is probably more recent and may not need all of the following :) :

O rings for cooler bolts 4 of £0,40 each
O rings for coolant channel bolts 4 of £1.50 each
Orange gaskets for inlet trumpet mouting bracket 5 of £6 each
Clack O rings for plenum to trumpet mounts - set of 6 £10 for 6
tube of vauxhall sealant 1 of £5
about £130 in total

£236 before fitting. :o :o :o

I'm sure (hope) I didn't pay anything like that. ;)
