Good luck - sounds like it may be interesting conditions :y (although I have to confess to not knowing exactly what CBT involves..)

CBT - ride around a parkpark in the morning, ride on roads in afternoon.  Don't fall off, and you get a 3yr ticket to ride 125s

right i am back...

after 4 hours on the bike in the carpark, I:

stalled it ONCE.

Accidently let the clutch out too fast about half a dozen times i would, say, first ever time on the bike, i pulled it out smooth and was off. times i let it out too quick I was too busy thinking about changing gear soon, or concentrating on where i was going

So after 4 hours and only stalling it once, did he let me on the road?

NO  >:(

Said he was worried about his bike getting smashed up  :-[, i said i only let the clutch out too quick half a dozen times, but said he wanted me to come back.

But i am not going to do that, i felt he was a very poor teacher. The second.......      SECOND! time i let the clutch out too fast, which meant i bunny hopped it, out of the turn right (we were simulating right T junction turns)

Starts shouting at me "for fck sake, don't do that, don't f***ing snatch the clutch for F** sake"

Basically when ever one of us, (there were 3, 2 on 125cc manuals, and one guy on a 50cc twist-go) if any of us did something slightly wrong, ie go over the white line a bit too far, or bunny hop the bike he would start swearing black and blue, spitting as he was swearing.

There is me, errr first time, (not stalled it yet remember, 2 hours in) can you go a bit easier on me! I am not stupid, no need to use such fowl language with me.

Once and only time i stalled it was when i was stopped, we just been learning to change gear (up to 3rd), i came to a stop in second, i thought i was in Netural, was not so oops stalled it.

I did the figure of 8, feathering it on the clutch fine, when the bike went away from me, brought the clutch in, too slow? i let it out and so on.

Did the figure of 8 in a distance of 1.5 carparking spaces, slalam tests going between bollads, 8 of them, did the run though 5 times, no problems, never came off the bike!

Come to the road bit, nah you need to come back  :o

Sod that!
