Had a really nice home made chilli con carne today about 6 hours ago , mouth is still burning from the afterburn  :( Someone put too many chilli's in  ::) Any cure for this afterburn  :-\ we ran out of milk  :(

The afterburn in the mouth is easily relieved with yoghurt.

That won't work tomorrow, no matter how much of it you smear on your arse!

A few weeks ago I went on a bit of a spice bender - a lamb naga one night, a chilli from one of the local pubs (that makes mentally hot chilli) the next, then she got a bit carried away with the spices with some fajitas the next night.

Every time I sat on the potty, I yearned for a bit of splashback to cool down ::)
