I thought about the Monaro or a VXR8 and not ruled then out yet, I'll probably have a look through the classifieds this weekend and see what's within my budget. I crossed the Audi Quattro off the list last night, I really want one but prices are out of my reach now although it would be an investment. Nothing's concrete yet but the 350 is still at the forefront of my mind, got to wait for the lotto cheque to clear first ;)

Yeah, not a massive seller and the arse end doesn't quite look right, they sorted that with the 370z but that's at the top end of my budget and I've not made my mind up wether to push that far.

2 seater, firm ride and a very heavy clutch are my memories. Sounds very nice and quite rapid, but absolutely no space for anything. Maybe as a second, no third car?

Cheers for that, I have use of a works van for my daily driver so it`s a weekends and evening car  :y

I think I need to find a local dealer that has one and get a test drive  ;)

Not everyone wants to put 90L of explosive gas in the back of their car, Chris  :P

That would make a nice Omega replacement.. Proper number of cylinders, proper gearbox..

A friend of mine was returning mid 30s on a run, which is more than my omega ever got!

Yes, but how much of our driving on a daily basis counts as 'on a run'. Even the motorways are slow and stop/start most of the time.
