Searched the house several times
« on: 06 July 2008, 22:15:14 »

And still can't find my car keys, the have the Citroen and Mig keys on, the caravan and the house. Last seen yesterday when little miss Mike f used them to get a teddy out of the car. She first said she gave them to me and then tha she put them in the window seat with her teddy as she went to the loo, they have not been seen since.
Told her that we sould have to cancel her trip, with friends, to the pictures for her birthday treat, but she still had no idea. I am fortunate that I have spare keys for both cars.
There is only the smallest chance that they were stolen, only one visitor yesterday, a young friend of our lads, but had the keys been taken for the cars then they would have gone last night.

Check bins tomorrow then ::) ::) ::)

It's all I can think of, that they have been picked us with some rubbish, not looking forward to it as everything is recycled so only the real mucky stuff gets into the bins. :(

Depends on how old she is Mike but...also check her toybox, dressing table (if there is one), inside the dolls house, individual toys / dolls clothes; does she have a hot water bottle cover which is a favourite place for hiding things? etc.  ;D ;)

Checked most of that, she has not hidden them, they are just lost, or she has put them down somewhere else, hence the whole house. I plan to search further der her bed tomorrow, it is a high bed with several hundred cuddly toys underneath, wondering if they were stuck to her cuddly, a huge dog, that went to bed with he last night. Clutching at straws really.

Sounds silly but what about the kitchen. My mum lost her keys a few years ago and when working out what she did when she come home we found that she had a bought bottle of milk when she was out and she come in and put it in the fridge and guess what....

Keys in fridge we have also found in the past a TV remote and phone in there to.
Just an idea as kids spend a lot of time in the kitchen. ;)
