Burghley house,stamford
« on: 31 May 2015, 17:27:56 »

Been up at Burghley house in stamford from 7 this morning, helping out for a good cause with the northants 4x4 response team,6 of us helped finished off setting up this morning and we also got roped into transporting volunteer marshalls to there various points, and we also helped out marshalling aswell. The event was for race for life, and the ladies did well as it was a very trying course. Looking forward to next sundays race for life in northampton.
See owning a 4x4 just doesnt mean we just do off roading but we give up our own time, our own fuel to help out with helping with events like this.  :y

Lovely place that, Burghley House.  I went there a few years ago for the horse trials and although I was working had a damn good time.   :y

Lots of lovely fillies as I recall!  8)
