One for the car buffs
« on: 03 June 2015, 22:49:30 »

Nice old movie, but no sound from seventies London

The link is towards the end of the vid, as the FB Victor & spitfire pass by a parked  yellow coupe...........Name that car.  My first thought was Opel GT, but the lights & front quarter bumpers are all wrong. Japanese maybe  :-\

In either case the name on the back means that the car in question isn't parked, but abandoned where it broke down. Again. For the fifth time today.

Wheeler dealers did an alpine. Sold it for a lot of money I think.

The Alpine A110 is a classic beauty and rather expensive now: http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/list/36/a110/

The A310 & A610 .. increasing in price but could never be accused of "beauty", even if I did once lust after an A610..
