Bit of a long shot. But does anyone has a accelerator cable to throttle body holder clip thing?

That little tiny piece of what looks like a bent paperclip into a C shape?

No, sorry. I have a spare throttle body, which may have one on it's buried deep at the bottom of my box of big engine stuff. I'll have a look tonight.  :) If this is keeping the car off the road, then a paperclip will certainly do the job perfectly well for now. (Sounds like a joke but seriously, straighten it out, slide in, then twist box exposed ends together and that'll lock it fine)  :)

Will do my best. I'm sure I got one, because it was worth picking one up, as they're so easy to lose.  :)

Umm.. [expecting them to be the same on every cable-throttled vauxhall in any scrappy]

So you happen to have any Mk II Cav or Astras or the odd Carlton kicking around you can get one off them... but other than that looks like it's different!  :o

Worry not, I'm not into profiteering, but it is always tricky to decide the value of anything when they're NLS or only obtainable specially at a massive price. (I'd say not so much in this case, as it's just a bit of bleedin wire, but with rear pins for the vented calipers, and so on...)  :y
