PERFORMANCE REVIEW.............................
« on: 08 July 2008, 20:00:28 »

...Had mine on Friday last week, have since just finished my saff's reviews. Anyway, they have just appointed some green project managers and are going to give one of them the 2 areas I manage (All the hard works done, consultation etc, breaks). Anyway they want me to take over all major voids in the Borough (rather great :y, no tenants/leaseholders to deal with), and street property projects. Happy days, as I was originally interested in the voids manager job but then they downgraded it. There is a voids manager in post only one, who is delaing with the major voids but he's making a pigs ear of it...........so just wait now for the changeover.....downside, same money more travelling, more mileage, more mileage claims ;D ;D
