A package arrived this morning.

Let's see if it does what it says on the tin, or if it's just expensive snake oil.  :)

Should be interesting....

Seen this on eBay the other day while browsing, looks like someone has bought one an all.

Hows it work then? Do you buy a map for each individual car you want, or is it preloaded with yours?

Four maps so far and none of them satisfactory. :-\

Map 1....Way too brutal, cars stutters under load. Gearbox all over the place with car running two gears lower than it should. Torque steer horrendous.

Map 2...Car runs smoothly  but acceleration no better than standard as verified by Racelogic performance box. Zero to 60 MPH 6.6 seconds.

Map 3....Much like map 2. Smooth but performance no better than stock.

Map 4.....Much like map 1. Very quick with terminal torque steer. Car  a real pig to drive and went into 'limp mode' after a few miles. :-\

Maybe 250 BHP through the front wheels is the limit.

To be honest I think you can have more torque than is good for the car.

Then do it. 0-60 in 6.6 is enough for a family car. If you want something faster, then buy something faster.
