Mercedes CLS 320 is top on my list currently.

Lexus LS looks tempting, 2014 ones are really nice. Look forward to those dropping in value

Good choice, Mr Tunnie.

As standard the CLS 320 comes with conventional suspension. The expensive and frail air suspension was standard on the CLS 500.

This should be good news if you buy one.

Thanks. Lots of choice of them too, not silly money either  :)

Like the looks inside and out of the CLS, only niggle is even the diesel is not brilliant on fuel. About same cost per mile if i LPG'd the 3.2  :-\

The Lexus would have to be very cheap with an outstanding good ride, to get past the looks for me.

Jag XJ diesel on the list too, but more taken with the CLS at the moment.

Trouble is, need good 7-10k for something decent, where as I could get 3.2 LPG'd even via a garage for 1-1.5k. Then continue with DIY service, thus saving even more.

CLS, XJ, Lexus etc, means no more DIY  :(

Life expectancy is around 5-6 years.

Still, a man with your wealth won't miss the £5000 to replace all four. Back of the sofa money. :y

That's my current choice to replace mine, apart from another mig, main factor is the fold flat rear seats

Also the Merc E class estate to keep rear wheel drive and some luxury/toys

Guess which Mr Beanz recommended during a recent conflab  ::) :-X
