Interior light problem
« on: 19 July 2015, 09:00:01 »

Hi all and good morning. I have bought a pre loved 2002 CDX MV6 that has the problem. NONE of the inside lights work. I have checked ALL fuses etc and nothing. All bulbs are OK but no voltage getting to them. The door buttons work OK.
I was told that the ashtray was removed during fitting of LPG switch, and looking at it there are two wires cut, and the cig lighter does not work either. Otherwise all standard.

Any help/advice please.

Do they work independently? Front and rear lights have an independent reading function... that said, if your car is ex police it won't have rear ones fitted, (easily retro fitted) and the front ones wiring could have been used for anything :-\

Rear interior lights not working either. I have checked every fuse under the steering wheel. Would there be others ?

I see you are not far from me Harris ...
