I had the acute panel off it tonight & the wiring loom around the plenum checked all seems fine no breaks or damp/water leaks as far as I can see

Thanks for your help. We are eliminating lots of things. I suggest we now check the mass air flow meter. They can do strange things. It is easily checked. Just unplug it. the car engine will run in default mode, EML will come on but it should run well enough and if the fault lay there it will disappear.
Looking into the bonnet, front left is the air cleaner box, then a 90 degree bend pipe, then a straight pipe with a plug attached. That straight pipe is the MAF meter. Try unplugging it.

Strange is right been trying to get my head around it for a few months now  :-\

I also tried the air flow test to see if it worked seems to be working fine although the eml is on at the minute once unplugged started to idle a bit more rough.

Don't know if this helps but I have relocated bank 1 sensor 2 & bank 2 sensor 2 02 sensors to after the main cats to eliminate the 0420 & 0430 codes .

When car is started & stationery you can hear the fuel trim kicking in etc though when I moved Bank 1 & 2 sensors 1 to sensors 2 original location the fuel trim doesn't seem to take affect and to be honest I think it's worse for engine vibration of that makes sense
