Did you know Anchovies look just like Sardines when they are caught. However, Sardines have a greenish reflection, whilst Anchovies are bluey tint :)

Sardines are actually baby Pilchards, so pound for pound buy Pilchards instead.  :y

I don't like pilchards....its the stuff they put them in. Love sardines, though. And a pizza is not a pizza unless it has anchovies on it. :y
