Apparently both my laptops don't have compatible processors.  :-[
No NX?  Jeez, how old are they!

You may get away with 32bit version (suitable for up to 3Gb RAM (actually preferred for <4Gb RAM)), as this has less CPU restrictions.

Errr Dell E6500's with a bit extra RAM and Disk... I might even switch one on and have a look tgis weekend if I CBA lol

Opps, just cocked up my primary laptop, forgot to upgrade before doing a burn and build.

*sigh*, time to dig out the Win7 disks and redo it all again :(
Win7 reinstalled. I'd forgotten how quickly it goes on :y
Win7 upgraded to Win10, and activated. Now starting burn and build.

What a wally

I ended up doing that, formatted the whole lot, then did a win7 rebuild followed by 10, 10 now running but keeps asking me for the key, which its telling my old one isn't valid, despite the fact it is.  ::)

Did you remember to activate the Win7 one, before doing the upgrade?

Been running both Laptop and Desktop on Win 10 since release.

No problems, quite like it, both machines boot up faster :y

I've found boot up times to be approximately the same between Win7 and Win10 on the limited tests I've don so far on my primary laptop (8yr old, Core2 Duo, 2Gb RAM) - approx. 13s from off to ready.

My comp started the install (at least I clicked on something) A window came up with a thing going round and round, with 'Working on it' underneath. Been going for over 2 hours now. Is this right !!!!!!!
What will happen if I turn the computer off, as I am staying in Brackley for the week from today :(

It took my desktop over five hours on the day of release, I did my aging laptop on Tuesday and it took 3-4 hours, just let it do it`s thing, you can still use the pc while it is downloading and preparing, btw I used the media creation tool to install mine.
