About those rollers, I didn't change them in the last belt change, so I'm kinda in a nervous situation, been driving for over 100 000 km with those rollers and the change limit is 60 000 km. :D But, I'm gonna change the whole set in this autumn. :)
Yes, its the idlers and tensioner (especially) that goes, so you're on borrowed time.  Never change just the belt on the V6 :y

Yes, I know, saved some money, but I've been driving very carefully with it, not revving too much, especially in the mornings. :) Maybe I have just been lucky till now. :D

Anyone used Amazon for cambelt?    Dayco timing belt kit?  :-\

http://www.amazon.co.uk/cars/dp/B009ZQE0EM/ref=au_pf_sr_9?ie=UTF8&n=248877031&s=automotive&submodelId=8117

£56.85!  8)  It could be controversial.....  ;D
Gosh! Very cheap, ain't it? I tried to search the Autovaux site, got muddled, but they seem to be offering Dayco belts, at a higher price. I always used to buy SKF kits from them, but can't find them now. Amazon offers this belt with a red display saying 'FITS YOUR OMEGA 2.5 SALOON'; I had not told it I had a 2.5 Omega. I'm a bit puzzled that Allgerman offer 3 belts for my car at different prices, all Gates, different engine numbers; I imagine these are variations in the eccentric pulleys. As discussed before, all V6 kits will fit all V6 Omegas.
