Is that an 80L tank?  :-\

Filled up 2.2 other day, done 370 miles. Only got 59L in at cost of £33  8)

Quite tempted, but no spare cash at the moment. :(

Suspect that would go for strong money too, still got ages to go

That's not right. My 3.2 auto (with a 2.6 diff!) does 29mpg on A roads!!

Even on lpg it should be a good 21mpg

Depends how he's driving... I've not managed more than 200 miles to a tank of gas for about 5 weeks  :o

Mind you... It's done a bit of idling, trips to central London and lots of very hard local runs :-X Which reminds me... Must check the front pads as I'm starting to get fade ::)

Been thinking the same James  :(

LD, how big is your lpg tank ?
Mines a doughnut tank stuffed in the spare wheel well and holds a max of 45 litres on a very cold day.
Best millage per tank full i've ever managed out of this car is 160 miles and that's with the daft dog in the back so i'm not throwing it into corners and booting it out like I tend to do when i'm on my own   :-X

The LPG map looks pretty much spot on to me so i'll have to sit down on day and try and get my head around the dark arts of MAF's, Fuel trims and Lambda readings  ::)

As a comparison, my old 3ltr manual did at least 170 miles in play mode  :D and on a rather more sedate run like above, I could stretch it out to over 220 miles to a tank  8)

My tank holds 64ish Litres (72L donut). Normally get around 220-230, 260ish on a steady run. But the car has been getting a spanking lately :-X ::) Lots of roundabouts and twisty stuff :y Plus some quite sticky tyres :y

The 3.2 are shit on economy compared to the 3.0, there even worse on LPG.

Performance wise, Ive said this years back and still stick to it, you can get the 3.0's with some simple mods well over the performance of a 3.2 and still retain much better mpg.

Got a 60 litre tank in mine. Usually get around 200 miles of mixed driving from a tankful.
I wouldn't bother with another LPG car tbh. The savings for me aren't worth the aggro of hunting around for LPG stations and the loss off boot space.
