More like 35-40kgs...

Only sure fire way to ship a panel is either to fit it or use an Omega estate... if you must ship it, then best done in either a cage/trolley/rack or a purpose built crate :y

Trust me though, whatever you do, do NOT plonk it on a pallet :-X

Food for thought  :y

Already knew it was a bad idea but when it's some 450+ miles round trip just for a door it would be nice to know that you could trust a courier.....Definitely needs more thought put into it.

Door is cheap enough at £20 in the right colour so I could just chance it and hope for the best etc.. But also accept that I may not receive it in one piece and that I'd need to take the loss myself if the worst happened.

I thought I would give them a try as it was more cost effective for me as long as it turns up in 1 piece. Ordered it to be picked up wednesday it was and it turned up today at 10 oclock. It was picked up and delivered by tnt.

Happy me :y
