apart from the fact they were £6 for the fronts (I sure I was getting them cheap??) they were a good pad for the price...brakes on the omega are good anyway...but still got dust etc

There are GM original pads and Trade Club GM pads - I use the latter as they seem fine and cost effective. Reports on here suggest GM original are better, especially less dust.

Have we got part numbers for these? I bought some once but not sure if they're GM or GM TC, just something to keep an eye out for.  :)

I've always used GM pads and again I'm not sure which variety, but have always suffered with excessive dust....  :-\

They seem to stop the car OK though....  ;D

Indeed, my front wheels are lathered too, and it was only a few weeks ago they were cleaned and fitted however, be nice to know whether I have TC or the 'better' pads, to know if I can reduce the dust, or if I'm already on the 'dust free diet'  :)

I replaced both my front discs and pads with trade club bits last year.
Awaiting the abuse here but the pads definitely fade quicker then the pagid pads I had on the old discs  :(
