Sky news had invented a new phenomena "Spanish Plume". A sort of hot wind that sweeps up from Iberia across France and into Britain. Apparently it is going to be hot and then stormy. If it is you can blame it on the plume. What next - Sand from the Sahara?  ;D ;D ;D

Fingers crossed on that one...have just resurrected the Trailer tent. Been in mum's garage for ten years at least. Erected it a couple of days ago....may be old, but looks good. No mould. Gonna check the electrics to the car, and the wheel bearings. Waterproof it and hopefully take it to Newent....if not, I have got a backup tent :y

Aforementioned Spanish plume has just dropped about a months worth of rain here in about two hours.thunder, lightning,hail and high winds. Been going since about 4 o'clock.

Started here about half five and still going, not had long periods of rain but when it did it was very heavy, lots of thunder though  ::)
