So good news and bad news, I found out the problem... it wasn't not the HBV but had it replaced anyways it was old and very fragile done!
So the leakage was something bigger and difficult to repair as I have to remove the inlet manifold :( the hose that connects the back of the engine to HBV is broken near the engine clamp (I guess because water is coming of from there). How and bought the HBV at local dealer at a great price!
Case closed!

Case closed!
The heater bypass valve has been replaced, I got it at the Opel dealer by 35€ vat included.
Besides the valve I got the hose that comes from the engine to the HVB also replaced.
For now no coolant loss... Houston we got heat :)
Thank you all for your help and good advices.
I just regret not being as good as i would like so i could help others like me...
