The events are mutually exclusive. If I buy a Golf I can also buy an Omega.

I went ahead and bought the Golf as temporary transport.

It's a GTi but not a fast car I think. It was only £185 so not very expensive.

You paid too much  99p would have been much better deal

It's just had a new clutch and the cam belt has just been done too. Just drove back from West Sussex and got 40mpg. Can't complain for £185.

Kate, far be it for me to throw a spanner in the works, so to speak, but that car is just too clean to be er.... clean?
The paint looks too 'new' and to my eye not 'Factory finish'. Please check the identification plates & stamps on the vehicle and the engine number to put your (our) mind at rest that the car is genuine & not a 'Ringer' or god forbid, a 'Cut & Shut'!
You can Google for the info to check all the above! I sincerely hope you have bought an amazing bargain Kate and you both live happily ever after!
