Corsa wont start

Hi all help wanted for my mates daughters non starting corsa, its a 2007 and was parked on the drive last week before they went on holiday. Returned today turns over but wont fire up, spanner light through engine flashing. Would this be imobiliser issues.

yes plenty, with the light flashing whilst turning over my thought were pointing at imobiliser as i had the same prob with the mig a few years ago.
