I can't get access to the site but how much is 5 L concentrated and 20 L concentrated thesedays ?

My schoolboy chemistry can't cope with this, but if I had the cheaper 50% diluted anti-freeze, would the water content or the glycol content evaporate first?
Just wondering if leaving it exposed to the atmosphere would concentrate it?
