Which one?    I can see at least 6 bullet holes sprayed across the windscreen, 3 over the drivers area.    It's LHD.

Errr yeh. I know that.

Policing very different out there to here where most criminals are armed, so they tend to shoot first and ask questions afterwards, whereas over here they arrest and as questions first....... mostly. Personally, I prefer the UK firearms licensing, policing model and shooting statistics.

I`m sure the technology is available to render these idiots harmless.
Tag em with a GPS sender unit that screams "I`m a  car thief" everytime he travels faster then 15 MPH    The US version would of course detonate if the correct PIN was received.
