02 lamba sensors
« on: 23 September 2015, 13:47:17 »

Quick question, I have just replaced one of my sensors, i see that it has what i presume is lock tight on the new thread. Do i need to take it for a run to get this to go off or do i leave it to go off by itself.

Just leave it running on the drive for 10 minutes
That should be plenty long enough to go off but tbh, i've never seen or used anything on the ones i've changed  :-\
In fact, if I think they will have to come out again then I stick a tiny bit of copperslip on the thread  :y
