Front Shocks
« on: 24 September 2015, 13:40:32 »

Over the last few 100 miles I have noticed at motorway speed  ;) I get a slight "bouncing " effect in the steering column. This can be driven through by increasing speed and will also completely go below 60mph.

Car doesnt wander/knock or steer strangely ,in fact I can almost let go of steering wheel at speed and car will continue correctly without any deviation.

Had all wheels checked this morning and are perfectly balanced/alignment is spot on and tyres and pressures are perfect with no run out in tyre shape.

Could this be an indication that front shocks are getting abit tired as unsure of age of them..they appear GM .Mileage is 78,000 so expect springs are also original
