Hi all,

Here I am, sitting on my backside, thinking, I really ought to be doing something, but I can't be arsed. And someone sends me this...makes me feel a right wimp, and I am twenty years younger than her !!!!! :-[

Thing is these body builders dont seem to realize when they get old that all the muscle will turn to fat . Plus they will look far older than they actually are with skin like a shrivelled prune  ::)
