I've only bought it for the TV, so should do the job. I was going to get a flat screen, but it seems they are putting all their new technology into these curved ones. :-\

I would not have a clue about connecting phones etc. Why would anyone want to connect a phone to the TV anyway? Phones for phoning, TV's for watching.  :y

Dead handy for watching you tube videos on a big screen, so much easier to navigate on your phone and cast it to the tv  :y

£500 seems a reasonable amount to pay for the latest technology. :)

I was under the impression that 4K and UHD were different animals.

Just had a Google, they are virtually the same. Doubt the average viewer could tell the difference.

Oh dear.

Nothing is broadcast at 4k yet from the mainstream suppliers.  4k is a complete waste of money.  It doesn't even look that impressive compared to 1080p on an average sized (say 60") screen.  Get north of 90" and charge people £15 for a couple of hours viewing, and it might be worth it.  Oh wait......... Cinema's have been doing that for Donkeys!

Curved screens????? What a load of shite! They will be abandoning that soon, I'll bet my bottom dollar on it.
