Naproxen if issued for long term use should be,taken with omeprazole.and gout is cure able, with, diet and medication,
for painfull ankles ask for a blood test for rumatiod arthritis  :)

Hmmm, a proton pump inhibitor, commonly prescribed for acid reflux, thus reducing the production of stomach acid, which is already reducing as you get older (hypochloridia). Having stopped my wife taking these, (and treating with better supplements) she has not suffered from reflux for over two years. Read Dr. Myhill here if you or anyone close to you suffers from acid reflux: http://drmyhill.co.uk/wiki/Hypochlorhydria_-_lack_of_stomach_acid_-_can_cause_lots_of_problems  :y :y :y
