Joke- Binge Drinking (Serious Issue)

A recent survey reported that 60% of 14 year old girls in Liverpool regularly binge drink.

That's absolutely shocking...who's looking after their kids?!

It does not bode well for the future.  Cultural and political changes are required once we really understand the reasons and causes of this problem. :-? :-?

Funny joke,but with serious overtones. Seriously though, a lot of teenage pregnancies are the result of them getting legless on white lightening or equivalent. :y :y
