heater problems

Hi quick one, the heater is playing up, if car is idling we have no heat, if your cruising then all is fine, whats the problem must be simple?

Time to be flushing the matrix, and possibly replacing the engine thermostat.

Matrix flushed a few years ago so worth a try I guess thanks

Well there's my heater problem fixed the header tank was completely empty with a cold engine so now I obviously have other issues! Possible only a simple water leak but who knows till I get some day light

Or your winter pack pump thingie  :-\ I believe this on mine is to be the culprit , need to bypass it somehow  :-\

If winter pack pump is the one that sits below header tank then by passing it must be fairly simple as not all Omegas have them in the first place,mine certainly hasn't!
