Ok so recently I've came across several doubts about parts quality.
As far as I know, there are at least three quality grades.
I can imagine that c) parts are top quality what about the a) and b) ?

a) Part made by an OE supplier
b) Aftermarket part made to OE specification
c) Genuine Part

I need to replace right and left Wishbone Suspension Control Front Arms is Febi Bilstein a good choice?

Lemforders I believe are recommended, however the rear bushes are best fitted with OE, and the fronts with polys.

Febi wishbones would be my first suggestion, money no concern, as they have a continuous weld around the rear bush mounting.

If you're on a budget, then I stand by my ATP wishbone/trackrod/drop link combo purchased direct through their German website... Typically £80-90 delivered depending on Euro

I've googled a bit and found that polys = Powerflex Bush Poly
So front bushes would be Powerflex Bush Poly and the back OE perhaps Lemforders?

Should I replace the old wishbones as they are original?
I feel that the car despite new tyres wheel calibration, alignment etc. has some difficulties to get straight usually goes to right side ?!?
That is why I'm going to change the wishbones! What do you think?

If it pulls to the right when braking then it's probably the front bushes are goosed and you might get away with replacing them with poly bushes which can be done without removing the wishbone. 

Although to be honest if the front bushes are shot the the rear bushes and ball joints won't be far behind and you'll be better off fitting new bushes to your existing wishbones.  Cheap wishbones are shite in my opinion and experience.

I've thought so... I'd rather go with my old's that getting cheap new ones!
So assuming I replace the rear by poly and front by Lemforders everything would be just fine right.

If there isn't any metallic knocking noise over minor bumps, or no noticeable play in either end of the ARB drop link, and they are not seized (can be rotated slightly), I would say they are fine.

Worth noting that not all wishbones should be refurbished... Any excessive corrosion, or obvious damage and they should be scrapped.

Good point, although with only 120,000 odd miles and non salty Portugeezer roads can't imagine corrosion would be a problem.  Although they might well be bent as hell!!
