.....to be called obese?
In 2013, 56.4% of women between 34-44 were classed as overweight or obese. 64% of women between 45-55 were the same.
Where are they all hiding then? I'm pretty sure that half of the women I see are not obese, so they must be setting the bar pretty low.

When I was much much younger young lasses were classed as having "puppy fat"next stage was "big boned" and finally fat.No one was ever obese.Nowadays no one is any of these,they're either "normal" or obese

I am six foot and 13 stone, or there abouts. When I went to see nursie earlier this year she told me my BMI was just on the limit of overweight. I told her to start using her eyes instead of blindly following a chart that was clearly a load of old cobblers.

Its a load of twoddle, I'm 6'6 and by the end of next week (after eating $h1t due to being ill & bored) will be probably 18 1/2 st. According to my last medical I'm obese  however at 41 can still out run some little scrotes half my age (I think playing rugby on the wing - yes WING helped).

If I was my target weight - the one set out in the books of wisdom I should be about 13st    and would probably risk falling down a grid!!!
