they both are tbh the rat look has been done to death :D :D

It's a custom rather than a hotrod. I quite like it, but wish it was better finished. The whole 'rat' thing is just an excuse not to finish or engineer  it properly; matt black hotrods were traditionally only waiting for a finish coat of paint
