Old family photos
« on: 11 January 2016, 12:06:43 »

We have spent some enjoyable time over the last few weeks looking at old family photos.

Only any good if there is someone around today - who, what and where?

I made my dad write details on the back of each one he looked at.

Anyone else got boxes of undocumented photos!?

When my parents moved abroad they left me a bunch of postcards written and photos taken by my grandad on his travels around europe post-war.  5 Years worth!  It is taking me a long time to sort them out.

My mother has a big box of old photos , sadly , she's the last one to know who they all are , we go through them once in a while but all that history will be lost when she goes  :(

The next generation won't have this problem, as no one will have the box of old photos because who bothers to print photos these days?  ::)  :-\

Yes.  :y  I was asked the other day by two very attractive girls if I would take their photo.  I of course was very obliging and took the photo.  :y

When I handed the camera back, she pulled out the photo out of the bottom and when I remarked that I hadn't seen one of those for a while, she replied that they were probably a lot more common in 'your day'.....  I instantly felt about 90....  :( :( :(

Bitch!  :D :D :D  ;D ;D ;D
