Looking high and low for a locking kit
« on: 27 November 2006, 03:03:51 »

Help me out guys,

Ive been searching ebay now for a couple of weeks for a cam locking kit for the omega 3.0,  Used to have one of the sykes pickavant kits and found them good quality,

Lent it to a guy up the road for a few days and have never seen him again, I think he's moved (The BARSTEWARD) :'(

I know some of you rent your kits out but would be very handy if i could get my hands on my own for future use,

I have found them on a few tool sites but there priced at over £100 and i only paid £50 for a brand new one last year.

Anyone know where i can get a secondhand kit or a cheap new one??

Cheers

Here's one for a vectra v6 looks much the same as my omega one appears to have 1 extra bit
does have a reserve and starting bid is £50.00

they frequently come up on ebay, set a price you're prepared to pay, put bid in early (so you're top bidder at some point), and be patient.  Many traders will offer you a 2nd chance anyway ;) (hence why get your bid in early).

Be patient, one will come up for around £55...
