PFL /FL exhaust compatability
« on: 25 February 2016, 01:44:15 »

Does the exhaust differ between a '99 PFL and a post '99 FL 2.0Lt estate .
Looking at ETS website and they only list that exhaust up to 12/99 .
Mine is a 12/99 but an early FL.
Awaiting a reply from them .

Buy the centre pipe for the 2.0 and the back box for the 2.2 :y

Reason being that estate rear bumper is slightly deeper than pfl one, so needs a different tailpipe, rest of car body is physically identical, so centre pipes are equally identical, (ignoring the saloon/estate routing variation) ;)

Or just fit a trim. My 3.2 has a 3.0 exhaust fitted and the tailpipes sit a fraction short. If I were that bothered I'd fit a trim but I'm not ::)
